Who we are
AlchemyMN is a CFSS agency-model provider enrolled with the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Our office is in Little Canada, and we serve families across all seven Twin Cities metro counties. We help people with disabilities, chronic conditions, and aging-related needs live safely and independently in their own homes.
As a CFSS agency, we employ and support the workers who care for our clients. We take care of hiring, background studies, training, payroll, and paperwork, so you and your family can focus on what matters most.

Why families choose us
- CFSS is what we do. We know the program and the move from PCA to CFSS.
- You pick your worker. Recommend someone you trust, even an eligible family member, and we’ll employ them once they meet DHS requirements.
- We handle the paperwork. Hiring, background studies, payroll, EVV, and DHS requirements.
- Real people answer the phone. Call during business hours and talk to someone who knows your care.
- We speak your language. We use LanguageLine to set up a free professional interpreter for your calls and visits with us, so you don’t have to arrange it yourself.
